QUICK METHOD

Use a standard payment card

  1. Stand in front of a mirror.Keep your face straight and look forward.
  2. Place one short edge at the centre of your nose.Hold the card horizontally below your eyebrow.
  3. Compare the other edge with the outer corner of your eye.Use the result below as your starting size.

Read your current frame numbers

Look inside either temple arm. A code such as 50 □ 18 — 140 normally means lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres.
